Bike-with-a-Mayor

The 2024 Bike-with-a-Mayor (BWAM) season is off and "riding!" We’re working to surpass 2023's participation—11 communities and over 500 people—and aiming for 20 communities and 1,000 people participating! Some mayors are leading a hiking option and some communities have expanded involvement as Bike-with-a-Leader.

Bike-with-a-Mayor is a way for residents and elected officials to engage in conversation, experience the safe and not-so-safe walking and biking corridors and together, imagine new solutions.

Get your walking and cycling friends and neighbors together, encourage your elected officials to host a BWAM event in your community and learn how you can advance the growing Cuyahoga Greenways network of trails and bikeways!

Where is the Cuyahoga Greenways Network?

Cuyahoga County currently has hundreds of miles of multi-use trails, and Cuyahoga Greenways aims to connect these existing pathways with future routes and trails.
