Next Meeting

The DOPWIC Annual (Administrative) meeting will be March 23, 2026 from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. in the County Administration Building. The preliminary agenda includes: approval of the FY28 workplan, budget and contract; bylaws update; Policy Manual update. Updates to the agenda will be posted closer to the meeting date.

Final Rankings

The final application rankings, scores and recommended funding, as determined by the DOPWIC at their January 27, 2026 meeting are now posted. These recommendations were submitted to the Ohio Public Works Commission through their portal, WorksWise, on February 13, 2026. Applicants recommended for full funding will be contacted by OPWC late spring. Applicants designated for contingency will be contacted by OPWC as projects become available.

Live Streaming

The DOPWIC approved the live streaming of future meetings so that interested persons can watch and listen to their meetings. Actual meeting participation is still in-person. Persons who would like to make comments must do so in-person. DOPWIC members or their alternates must participate in-person to be counted as present and to vote.
