Working Group #3
The third meeting of the Cuyahoga County TOD working group was held on June 5, 2024. The working group consists of mayors, planning directors, CDC officials, representatives of regional partners, and other leaders of communities along the TOD corridors. At this meeting, we reviewed best practices and the model TOD zoning overlay, and held a workshop to gather local knowledge from working group members.

Presentation to Cuyahoga County Council Committee
On November 21, 2023, County Planning presented an overview of the TOD Zoning Study to the Cuyahoga County Council Operations, Intergovernmental Relations & Public Transportation Committee.

TOD Conversations Series

TOD & Ridership: Warrensville Center Road
The TOD & Ridership: Warrensville Center Rd Document is a supplementary report to the State of TOD in Cuyahoga County document released as part of the first phase of the TOD Zoning Study. This document analyzes how the built environment, including land use and land cover, relate to ridership along one TOD Corridor, Warrensville Center Road.
