The biennial Greater Cleveland Trails & Greenways Conference brings together professionals such as planners, project practitioners and community leaders as well as citizen cycling, hiking and trail enthusiasts to foster trail and bikeway development throughout Northeast Ohio.
Background
The Greater Cleveland Trails and Greenways Conference was first held in 2010 in response to the desire of several organizations who gathered in 2007 to discuss building more connected, multimodal transportation and recreational trail facilities in Cuyahoga County, This biennial conference keeps stakeholders, professional practitioners, and citizens engaged in advancing the construction of a coordinated trail network.

The first Greater Cleveland Trails and Greenways Conference was held in 2010, drawing approximately 125 participants.
