Greenways Routes
The featured Greenways Routes are trails and bikeways that are identified in the Cuyahoga Greenways Plan and generally connect across multiple communities.
Towpath Trail
Designed as an all-purpose trail, the Towpath Trail in Cuyahoga County connects Canal Basin Park in The Flats south to the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. This 11-mile section of the Towpath Trail is completely paved and offers scenic views of the Cleveland skyline, the Cuyahoga River and the Scranton Flats.
Wendy Park Bridge
The Wendy Park Bridge provides access to Wendy Park on Whiskey Island, connecting the Whiskey Island Trail and the Cleveland Foundation Centennial Lake Link Trail through the West Bank of the Flats and on to the Towpath Trail.
Brighton Park & Trail
Brighton Park is located on a remediated former construction and demolition debris landfill, with nearly one mile of trails including paved all-purpose trails and natural surface trails meandering through restored meadow habitat on the property.
Harrison Dillard Bikeway
Are you looking to get out and soak up Cleveland's arts and culture along with outdoor beauty? Visit the Harrison Dillard Bikeway through Rockefeller Park and the Cleveland Cultural Gardens for off-road bike riding and plenty of green space.
North Olmsted Walking and Bike Trail
Race the 18-wheelers on your bike! Check out the North Olmsted Bike Path which hugs I-480 from Great Northern Mall to Stearns Road.
Bruce G. Rinker Greenway Trail
Lace up your shoes and grab your wheels to explore the Bruce G. Rinker Greenway Trail, a 2.5-mile all-purpose trail through Mayfield Village. Safe and family friendly!

Here’s another gem in the east suburbs. Stop by Oakwood Green and check out the 21-acre passive park featuring a one mile trail that can be enjoyed by people of all abilities!
Forbes Crossing
Forbes Crossing is a beautiful one mile trail through nearly 53 acres of wooded hills. Variously designed boardwalks and bridges take you over streams and across wetlands. Now returned to nature, this used to be a sprawling dairy farm in the 19th century.
