MINUTES OF THE CUYAHOGA COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION

SEPTEMBER 12, 2019

CALL TO ORDER
The meeting of the Cuyahoga County Planning Commission (County Planning) was called to order by Vice-Chair Councilperson Sunny Simon and the roll call showed a quorum was present.

MINUTES
On a motion by Mayor Procuk, seconded by Mr. Dever, the minutes of the August 8, 2019 meeting were duly adopted by unanimous vote.

Ms. Marka Fields arrived at 1:05 p.m.

RESOLUTIONS
On a motion by Councilperson Simon, seconded by Mayor Procuk, Resolution 190912-A, extending the Original Agreement with Ms. Meghan Chaney, AICP, to provide Technical Assistance to the Cuyahoga County Planning Commission and Olmsted Township, was passed with a unanimous vote.

Working on applications and interviews for the open Director position.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
A motion was made by Councilperson Simon, seconded by Councilperson Brown, to move into executive session to discuss the hiring of an Executive Director at 1:10 p.m. Roll call was taken, and all voted unanimously.

Mayor Sellers arrived.

Mayor Procuk left.

A motion was made by Mayor Sellers, seconded by Mr. Dever to adjourn executive session at 4:19 p.m. and the vote was unanimous.

ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Mayor Brennan to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Mayor Sellers. All voted unanimously.

The next meeting to be held will be October 10, 2019.
