MINUTES OF THE CUYAHOGA COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION

MAY 10, 2018

CALL TO ORDER
The meeting of the Cuyahoga County Planning Commission (County Planning) was called to order by Chair Mr. Kenneth Surratt and the roll call showed a quorum was present.

MINUTES
On a motion by Councilperson Simon, seconded by Mayor Bobst, the minutes of the April 12, 2018 meeting were duly adopted by unanimous vote.

Councilperson Brown arrived at the meeting.

RESOLUTIONS
On a motion by Councilperson Simon, seconded by Councilperson Brown, Resolution 180510-A approval of the Preliminary Plan for Belmont Place PRD subdivision located in Olmsted Township was tabled by unanimous vote.

On a motion by Mayor Bobst, seconded by Mayor Sellers, Resolution 180510-B, Approval of Administrative Services Agreement with the District One (Cuyahoga County) Public Works Integrating Committee (DOPWIC) Program Year 2019. The DOPWIC approved the Administrative Services Agreement on Thursday, April 26, 2018 and was duly adopted by unanimous vote.

On a motion by Mayor Byrne, seconded by Mayor Bobst, Resolution 180510-C, Approval of Administrative Services Agreement with the District One (Cuyahoga County) Natural Resources Assistance Council (NRAC) for Program Year 2019. The NRAC approved the Administrative Services Agreement on Friday, April 27, 2018 and was duly adopted by unanimous vote.

CHAIR’S REPORT
There was no Chair Report.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR’S REPORT
Mr. Coyne reported that Mayor Sellers was reappointed to the County Planning Board by County Council for a three-year term. There is still no appointment for a replacement board member for the Heights region.

A flyer was handed out with a schedule of the remaining Cuyahoga Greenways public meetings.

ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Sellers motioned to adjourn the meeting, the motion was seconded by Councilperson Brown and was duly agreed by unanimous vote.

The next scheduled meeting will be on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at 2:00 p.m.
