Accessory Dwelling Units | Small & Mighty: A Webinar

In partnership with the City of Cleveland Heights, APA Ohio Cleveland Chapter, and the First Suburbs Consortium, the Cuyahoga County Planning Commission is hosting a webinar on Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and their future in Cuyahoga County.

Nationally, the need and demand for ADUs is growing. However, the majority of Cuyahoga County’s 59 municipalities do not allow ADUs as a permissible housing type, potentially limiting residents’ opportunities in many ways. This webinar will focus on the numerous benefits ADUs can provide and outline the trends driving the shift towards ADUS. Additionally, listen to a panel discussion from one Cuyahoga County Community taking the initiative to make ADUs a functional, attainable, and affordable housing option for its residents.

When: Monday, November 18, 12:00–1:00 p.m.
